Born in Trail, B. C., I began my
career as a conveyancer, working for various law firms in Vancouver, Kamloops,
Trail and Castlegar. I began a successful career as a realtor in 1990 in
Castlegar which success was the result of the support of my family and friends,
my honesty, hard work and going the extra mile for my clients.
In January of 2001, I made the
decision to return to the legal field and applied to the Society of Notaries
Public of British Columbia to become a Notary Public. I completed the
eighteen month education program which included the study of law offered through the University
of British Columbia, Faculty of Commerce, as well as the study of practices and procedures
and a series of workshops. After successfully passing the Statutory
Examinations set by a Board of Examiners appointed by the Attorney General for
British Columbia, I was commissioned as a Notary Public in June of 2003.
I welcome you to my
website. As a Notary Public I do not participate in litigation or
argue cases before a Judge. I am restricted to non-contentious matters
where the parties involved are in agreement. You will find in my
website a detailed description of the services I do provide and I encourage you
to review them. Please feel free to email me with any questions or
comments you may have.
If you are buying, selling or mortgaging
property, would like a Will or Power of Attorney prepared, require a document
certified, or need to swear an Affidavit or Statutory Declaration in the
presence of a Notary Public in and for the Province of British Columbia or a Commissioner for taking Affidavits within British
Columbia, I am fully qualified to assist you in these matters and will provide
you with sincere, prompt and knowledgeable service. Please telephone,
email or visit me at my office. I look forward to meeting you.
